Automatically generates .h from .cpp / .c

Is there a command line tool to automatically create .h from its .cpp or .c?

It seems that this is a very obvious thing, I do not know why it has never dawned on me so far ...

Of course, there should be more to things in .h than just prototyping functions, so a tool can be non-trivial. Or it can be trivial, requiring you to include two .h: generated and custom.

In any case, I would prefer not to reinvent the wheel, so I ask if it exists.
