The std :: thread class in VC ++ 11 causes random crashes. Any workarounds?

I ran into a bug in the Visual Studio 11 Developer Preview, at least I think it was a bug and reported it, but I wonder if anyone knows about this.

When I use a class std::threadto create more than one thread, it causes the application to crash. Sometimes it causes an exception, sometimes it causes an access violation, and sometimes it works. The code that reproduces the error is as follows:
