Prestashop menu without subcategories

Question

How can I do to not show subcategories in the prestashop menu.

since I have more than 1000 subcategories.

• Go to the Prestashop admin interface.
• Choose modules
• Select the "Block Categories" module and click "Configure"
• In the "Maximum Depth" field, enter "1" to show categories only in the "Categories" menu.
