What response should be sent to the device after the SCEP payload?

I sent the SCEP payload to the iOS device, and I got a response from the device too. Now I get the answer as GetCACert, something like this. Now what answer do you need to send to the device? Do I need to send any certificate from the device? I tried to send some certificates that are self-signed, but I get an error because setting up the SCEP server is not supported. Please help me. I am really amazed here.

I, I gave the MDM URL and the SCEP URL as the same, I solved it a week ago. Now I changed the URL and issued the certificate. Thanks you
