Setting Up Ruby On Rails 3 in FreeBsd

Hi, developer of Ruby on rails. I did a project on ROR and is currently hosted on Ubuntu. Now it needs to be changed to FreeBSD. Since I'm brand new to FreeBSD, I would like to know more about how to configure or install it.

A simple answer to this question:

  • Make sure you have a collection of ports. If you do not, refer to the manual.
  • cd / usr / ports / www / rubygem-rails
  • sudo make install

If you have problems, ask specific questions.
