Any ideas on why the download will go through the roof show that the usage of each user space of the processor is 85% or higher, but not a single process has been tagged with any CPU usage?
The first time I ever saw this. We have a server with an average load of 20, and the breakdown on each CPU is extremely high (> 85%), but none of the processes in the list have CPU% utilization. Here is a sample, and yes, it is with processes sorted from the highest to the lowest CPU usage - every time in the blue moon we actually see a process that shows “1” as CPU%.
