About a year later, I came across a feature request system where customers could request a product or feature request and vote for it.
The system was pleasant, as each client received three votes, which they could assign / cancel for any request they liked.
But it was not a bug tracker. It had a much cleaner and simpler interface than most bug tracking packages out there.
I can’t remember for the rest of my life where I saw it or which package, does anyone know about a package that offers such functionality?
