How to do unix search based on file size, including subdirectories?

Trying to use osx find to find all the files in my directory tree. I googled and so'd and looked at the man, but no one helped.

So far I have: find -f -c1mbthat is clearly wrong.

find . -size +20000

The above should work.

I think you want to find files larger than 1 MB and then

$ find . -size +1M

On Ubuntu, this works:

find . -type f -size +10k

The above can find all files in the current directory and below, comprising at least 10 thousand.

This command will also tell you "size" :-)

find . -size +1000k -exec du -h {} \;
