Magento memcached does not cache files

Problem:
Files are not cached with memcached while I update the entire cache with magento admin. I installed memcached on magento and its statistics are similar to the following and the configuration made in the local.xml file, which is mentioned below. please, some body will help make it work. I doubt something may have the wrong meaning in configurationor memcached.

First, make sure the memcache daemon is actually running

ps ax | grep memcache

Then make sure that you really have installed the PHP extension

Search the document for Memcache to make sure it is really uploaded.

These are two reasons why Memcache will not work.
