Using TGlowEffect for TLabel in Delphi / C ++ Builder

This is a pretty easily explained problem, I use FireMonkey to create the form, and when I add TGlowEffect to the tag, it breaks the way the label is displayed.

If someone knows how to do it right, I would appreciate it.

After applying TGlowEffect:

The text is in bold, and the only effect on it was blur.

The text appears only in this editor, but I would prefer it to look as if I were going to compile.

Maybe I'm just new to FireMonkey, and I'm doing something wrong if someone has some good reference material on how to work with FireMonkey correctly. I would appreciate a link to this.
