Heroku App Download Timeout

Question

I have a rather large 2.3th version, upgraded to the Rails 3 application, which is rich enough not to pass through the 60-second start door to Heroku, and therefore it is crashing. I did a ton of work to minimize load times in Gems and initializers, but there is a random process that is burning, and I'm not quite sure what it is. I could use a different set of eyes.
