HTML format for PDF A4 for printing

I need to design a brochure in HTML from which a pdf file will be created. How can I make it A4 size and printable after converting to pdf? HTML will consist of images and text and should look just like the HTML version. Is it possible? Should I use a pixel size of 300 dpi → 2480 x 3508 pixels?

You can create a css file that synchronizes the layout and even has print directives. You can specify the dimensions in terms of physical measurements, although this will be interpreted on the screen.
