I need to send the application on behalf of the client, but I only have Team Admin, not Team Agent. How can I send an application for them through Xcode? Should I have the username / password of the command agent for this?

I have clients creating a new, dedicated Apple ID for their company in iTunes Connect, which is an Agent, and use this Apple ID, and not their own, to send applications.
