Firebug and Offset Calculations

Does anyone know if Firebug rounds the top and top offsets when they give us the panel below?

The reason I'm asking for is because I'm having problems using offsets that have decimals, and I wonder if Firebug overtakes or overlaps these values.

I tried to take a look at the source code, but could not determine where the offset calculations were made.

Any help was appreciated.
