Install directory in Maven Antrun Plugin

I loaded jquery-ui into my webapp, which has build.xmlto compress and minimize. Now I would like to run this build.xmlfrom mine pom.xml:

But now the behavior for thi s buildfile is wrong. It creates a dist folder on the wrong place. Here thebuild.xml` from jquery-ui: https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/blob/master/build/build.xml

It creates a dist folder in the same place where pom.xml (the same place I run mvn clean package), and it should create it insrc/main/webapp/resources/js/jquery-ui/build

Is it possible to run build.xmlfrom the specified directory (working directory)? Unable to access documentation for Ant task: http://ant.apache.org/manual/CoreTasks/ant.html

When mvn clean packageI start, I get the following errors in the definition of the jquery-ui build.xml target:
