Overlaying two postscript files (command line approach)?

I know that similar questions were answered earlier:

... however, since they do not directly answer my specific problem, I will try again to ask.

I would like to know how I can overlay two postscript files: one - a logo:

logo.ps

... on top of another is a graphic background:

tmp-Front.ps

.... using the command line approach on Linux.

It is important here that the graphic background retains its original content as much as possible. Therefore, I probably would be happy if I could somehow combine the two source files of the postscript without changes (see below) - but apart from that I would like to know how command line tools, such as ghostscript, can be used for the purpose.

The problem is the logo on top of the PCB .ps printout
