I need a div that creates an effect like Gaussian blur on everything that appears beneath it. Does anyone come across something similar? Pixastic (http://www.pixastic.com) can blur images dynamically, but I think it needs pixel data to convert it. I just want the region to be dynamically blurred. Thank!
