WYSIWYG recommendations for my Rails application

I am working on a Rails project and I need a convenient WYSIWYG. I will say this about the type of people using it: whatever you think is convenient for the user, please think one step below this (not an insult, but just awareness).

Ideally, I would like you to have basic functionality (lists, links, bold, italics) and real-time viewing. It seems like HE MY GOSH IS IT CORRECTLY HERE IN STABLE OVERFLOW HOW I CREATE THIS MAIL.

So, um, yes: something like this would be excellent (although I would prefer the windows to be side by side, not this situation with the editor, but I won't be picky).
