Install php_apc.dll on wampserver

Question

I need your help. I am trying to install php_apc.dll in my php.

So far this is what I have done:

I copied php_apc.dll to c: \ wamp \ bin \ php \ php5.3.0 \ ext. I also restarted the server several times.

But when I checked

 http://localhost/?phpinfo=1

There was no evidence of installing the APC extension.

Please, what am I doing wrong? I will be very happy for your answers, comments and suggestions.

It seems you have not added an extension line to php.ini
