Leininen - how to kill a child’s process?

When I start webapp with lein runor lein ring server, I get two processes: Leiningen and my application. When I end the session with Ctrl + C, it ends Leiningen and leaves my application.

How can I stop both processes or prevent Leiningen from spawning a process?

It sounds like https://github.com/technomancy/leiningen/issues/455 This problem is fixed on the main Leiningen branch, and is also referred to the 1.x-series as 1.7 0.1.

How about starting lein repland then starting the server by calling the function mainfrom REPL.
