Can AlarmManager (alarm.setRepeating) work if the phone restarts - Android

I came up with a script that I want to start the service at a specific time.

What I know ... I need to use AlarmManager, and I found this question out loud, Using Alarmmanager to start the service at a specific time . Now I can start the service at a specific time.

Now I have a question ... I need a 24-hour interval to start the service. Now what happens if the phone restarts. Are you going to start the service again?

How can i do this? Please help me with this.
