Xcode 3.2.3 error on mac 10.6.3

First I installed Mac 10.6.3 on my system, now I want to install xcode 3.2.3. But I get the error message: "An unknown installation error occurred. The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail."
Please help me with this problem.

change your system date to 1/1/2012.

then try installing ... it works for me

Either create a new Admin user and try this account, or Software Update ...

It seems that the error is related to an expired certificate covering part of the iOS package. I assume that you only need 3.2.6 to create universal binaries that support earlier versions of PPC, as well as Intel Macs? In this case, you can simply refuse the second license agreement covering iOS. Then the installer should proceed with installing only Mac-related tools and SDKs.

Update: I see that you were referring to 3.2.3 when I meant 3.2.6. I'm not sure that the installer works the same way, but imagine that you still want 3.2.6?
