Copypaste not working in Visual Studio Solution Explorer

Question

Copypaste works well in any project file, but does not work in Solution explorer.

The paste element is displayed in the menu after disabling with the right mouse button in the Solution Explorer folder. It does not depend on the project. Save mode does not help.

The problem disappeared after closing the CoolNovo browser (ChromePlus). I do not know how this was related, so I return to Crome.
