Android SDK & AVD Managers in Eclipse on Fedora 16 - Don't Close Window Button

I installed the Android SDK and all related Eclipse plugins along with GWT, which was required. The entire installation reported success.

However, when I go to the SDK or AVD Manager, when the window appears, it does not have a button to close the window, and I can not close it or return to the main Eclipse. Then I have to find the top-level PID of Eclipse s ps aux | grep eclipseand kill the process.

Update: I am using GNOME-Shell.

This is a problem in GNOME. As soon as I switched to KDE, the problem disappeared.
