Energy usage shown since 4th generation iPodTouch?

The instrument documentation, talking about energy use, says:

Note. The power tool is currently supported on the iPhone 3GS and third-generation iPod touch.

I believe that this article is only about the 3rd generation, because when it was written, it was the newest generation, but I’ve been trying for a long time to find out the level of energy use from the 4th generation iPod Touch, and I don’t have it (I asked this problem in this question: Tools do not show the level of energy use: it is empty ), so I think that perhaps this note is also correct at the moment. It seems strange to me that Note said "Third Generation" instead of "Third Generation FROM."

So the question is: does the level of energy use with the 4th generation show or not? Thanks in advance.
