Ad-Hoc Wireless Networking for Windows 7

I looked Mesh Connectivity Layerhere: http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/projects/mesh/.

The implementation seems to be applicable only to Windows XP.

Is there any free support available Ad-hoc Meshthat will help me with the ad-hoc multihomed network? I am using Windows 7. Thank you.

For recording, the only current way to do something in ad-hoc mode on Windows is to use options netsh wlan * hostednetwork, for example.

netsh wlan set hostednetwork ssid="My AdHoc Network" key=YourPassword keyUsage=persistent mode=allow
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
netsh wlan show hostednetwork

This is not a mesh, of course, but at the moment this is the only official solution from Microsoft that is approaching.

It only starts manually, so if you want it to start at boot, you need to create a task scheduler entry for this.
