Implementing Java SMPP to Receive SMS Messages

What is the best implementation of the JAVA SMPP protocol required to provide an SMSC listener for receiving messages "Reciever accepts Deliver_SM"
With the best, I mean simple documentation, tutorials, forums. I appreciate your help

This is a late answer, but for those who follow it, it may also turn out that the SMPP Twitter library will be very useful. There is a lot of windowsize support, simple examples to support and support high capacity.

• JSMPP Apache,
• SMPP Logica.

I think jsmpp lib is the best choice because many low-level things happen under the hood and you can focus on business logic

I used it in many of my projects and it works well.
