Can you make an advanced user interface with storyboards?

Is it possible to make an advanced user interface, for example, a Twitter application for iPad, using storyboards? I'm new to them, and all the reading I did on the storyboards makes them seem pretty simplistic. Can you do everything you could with socks with a storyboard?

The storyboard is not much different from the .xib group. The advantage they provide is that you can see the relationship between the various controllers. So that’s all you can do with .xib, you can also do with storyboard.
