Extensible formatting in Roslyn?

I found that the code formatting present in Roslyn CTP is completely absent. But Dustin Campbell mentioned in his conversation (mark at 42:00) that:

The actual formatting mechanism is also extensible. There is a rules engine there so you can add formatting rules and do your own things if you like as well.

But when looking at the actual code, I found only an extension method Format(SyntaxNode)that internally uses the class internal SyntaxFormatter.

My question is: where is extensibility? Is he present at Roslyn CTP?
