Why sometimes I debug a program in VS2010, is my ctrl pressed?

I'm crazy. Sometimes I press F5 for debugging, and I often press shift + F5 to exit debugging, but restarts debug (the debug restart shortcut is ctrl + shift + F5). If I click on a variable, it will determine its definition. I just find that I have to press ctrl again, and disable it. Does anyone know why? thank.
