ASP.NET Search (MVC 3)

Question

I am looking for a forum mechanism.

There are some requirements:

• ASP.NET platform (MVC 2.3)
• MS SQL or MySql Database
• Open source
• Customizable (change the theme, moderator settings, account settings, etc.).
• High performance

Can someone advise the most suitable solution?
