Decoding of an EVRC speech codec

I want to decode the EVRC speech codec. I checked the ffmpeg library, but it seems EVRC is not currently supported by ffmpeg.

Is there an alternative library that can be used to decode EVRC data?

Or, if anyone has any kind of algorithm or decoding mechanism or piece of code, do it, please let me know.
