I have an MVC 3.0 web application running on the Azure cloud service as a web role. When debugging an application in Visual Studio 2013, if I linger between breakpoints for too long, the web role is disabled, and IIS Express 8.0 responds to error 500.19 in the browser.
I installed a project to run in IIS Express and an express emulator. When the Azure emulator starts, it creates a file called applicationHost.config inside the folder:
C: \ Users \ <user> \ AppData \ Local \ dftmp \ Resources \ some random guid> \ temp \ temp \ RoleTemp
I set a breakpoint in the MVC application controller. Then, if the debugging session takes more than one minute (more or less), the above file is deleted, and I get an error 500.19 in my browser. After that, I can’t access the application, because in every request I received the same error.
After checking the other files in the avobe folder, I found a log called WaHostBootstraper.log, and the last lines of the log are:

I am using Azure SDK 2.5, Azure 2.8 emulator.
