Google reCaptcha does not work on Windows Phone

The recaptcha box is not displayed on WP8 with the official IE browser.

Just go with the device (I tried with wp8) to the official demo page:

http://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo

and you will see that the recaptcha window is not displayed.

The problem is resolved: I use Windows Phone without a SIM card for development, but when I first set up the phone 1 year ago, I set up automatic synchronization of date and time. (like all)

However, without a SIM card and Wi-Fi, the phone does not synchronize the date and time, so the https certificate from google appeared as expired, and the iframe did not boot.

Setting the date and time manually solved the problem.
