App Store Accelerated Review was accepted and I rejected / resent the binary

Question

I applied for expedited review and was approved. My application state was "Awaiting Review". When editing my metadata, I accidentally deleted the binary, but immediately re-introduced it again. Now, should I again apply for expedited review or is the previous one still available?

When you submit an expedited review, you will receive this message: "We will evaluate your request and get back to you soon. Please note that if you reject your binary file in iTunes Connect, your application cannot be reviewed and this request will be canceled."

I am sending another quick review explaining to them that I rejected and resubmitted the binary again after receiving the accelerated acceptance confirmation by email and ask them if it is still available. This is what I got:

“Thank you for contacting the App Store Review to request an expedited review. After evaluating your request, we have determined that this is a duplicate of one or more of the previous requests that you recently submitted to you or another team member.

If your previous request was accepted and your application was rejected during the fast review cycle, there is no need to request another fast review when resubmitted. After you have reviewed and resubmitted your binaries (or metadata if metadata is rejected), your application will automatically be returned to the queue for speed. "

Now, I'm still confused about the “application rejected during the fast review cycle”, do they mean that it is rejected by the application rejector or is the developer rejector also considered?

You do not need to re-apply. Once they are approved, they accept, no matter what binary object is waiting for, when they get to it. Your application is already in a short queue (which, in my opinion, is still about a day or two, wait right now, better than a regular queue, which is about 12-14 days).
