VS2015 restarts on exit

When I use Visual Studio 2015 CTP on Windows 8.1 x64 and I want to exit VS, it restarts when vs-mda (android emulator) is still working for me. It restarts only once, when I close the restarted vs2015, it just quits fine.

Does anyone else have the same problem?
