How to fix "You must specify the layout in the include tag: <include layout =" @ layout / layoutID "/">

Question

I am creating an Android application using material design in android studio for devices with a preliminary leoptype, and I am new to android studio. I create a toolbar in my project, but I get an error message . "Reason: android.view.InflateException: you have to specify the layout in the include: tag," please help me solve this. This is my activity code:

I find the answer to my question. In my action_main xml layout tool, I replaced android: layout = "@ layout / tool_bar" with layout = "@ layout / tool_bar" and in the android.widget.Toolbar toolbar layout with android.support.v7.widget.Tool bar See below my both xml files

 <RelativeLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android" xmlns:tools="http://schemas.android.com/tools" android:layout_width="match_parent" android:layout_height="match_parent"> <include android:id="@+id/tool_bar" android:layout="@layout/tool_bar" /> </RelativeLayout> 

Fixed and working xml:

 <RelativeLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android" xmlns:tools="http://schemas.android.com/tools" android:layout_width="match_parent" android:layout_height="match_parent"> <include android:id="@+id/tool_bar" layout="@layout/tool_bar" /> </RelativeLayout>

instead

 android:layout="@layout/view_toolbar
