I have a class library with these property groups in csproj files:

If I create this project in a solution that is created under some other assembly configuration other than "Debug" or "Release", the assembly will fail for this project because it will not find the correct assembly configuration.
Is there a way to determine the default assembly configuration that will work, even if none of the conditions are met?
