Set_value does not work with input type file on Codeigniter

Question

I am using HMVC Codeigniter for my project. And in my project, I need to set a value in the form where the input type of the field is file.So, I feel great for those who help me solve this problem.

My controller is test.php

Set_value will not work because you are redirecting redirect('test/form'); when verification fails. you should load the form view without redirecting how it will work.
