Chromecast debugging on port 9222 stopped working

I have been using port 9222 to debug Chromecast receiver code for over a year. Today he stopped working. I get

"You may need to select a screen icon in the address bar to establish a connection."

instead of the debug url. No shield icon. This problem seems to be spreading slowly on our site. All inclusive for Chrome browser.

I tried restarting chrome, restarting PC, updating Chrome, Canary beta, etc. Not a joy.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have the same problem.

I removed the chrome from the white list and added it again. Reset again

After receiving the page with a link to appengine (Remote Debugging (AppEngine)). There you should let scripts load (click the screen icon to the right of the URL next to your favorite icon).

Enjoy the debug console :)

Update: There was another problem - the connection to the receiver was clarified until I checked the guest mode for the receiver in the console of the chrome console.
