Extremely slow Composer \ Autoload \ includeFile shown in New Relic for Heroku app

In New Relic, I see a transaction trace for a PHP 5.6 application hosted on Heroku. The deal took 21,600 ms, and 87% took Composer\Autoload\includeFile . In my opinion, Composer\Autoload\includeFile just consists of include $file; therefore I do not understand.

This problem does not occur often, and most transactions of this type seem to be fine.

What could take so long?

I get the same result with Composer. Composer manages libraries very simply, but the default download speed is slow. You should use the --optimize-autoloader flag to deploy your code in a production environment. Otherwise, you will lose 20% -25% of productivity.
