How can I get android fab speed dial selector?

I saw that the recommendations on google.com/design were updated with new resources and they added a new version of the speed dial selector. I would like to achieve a similar effect for something like this, how can this be done?

The reason I am asking here is because there is no information about this guide. Anyone (resource, code or example) is much appreciated.
