How to choose without arrow keys in INTELLIJ

Auto-complete example

I hate using arrow keys in IntelliJ. However, when IntelliJ gives me some tips (autocomplete, etc.), As in the picture, it seems that I should select them with the mouse or the arrow keys.

Is there a way to switch selections without using the arrow keys? For example, perhaps I can use <Cn> (or other keys, for example) to switch between these sentences.

You can go to Settings | Keymap, find the actions "Up" and "Down" and assign any shortcuts that you like.
