Draw the value of the bar in the bar

When I create a bar graph, the bars are written to the top of their bar. Can these values be written in the middle of the panel?

What I have:

It is possible to draw a value inside the panel.

Call barChart.setDrawValueAboveBar(false) to draw a value inside the panel.
