IOS 8 extensions not appearing in the General dialog box

Question

I am creating a Share extension for my application. My problem is that it does not appear in the Share list, until I go to the "More" screen, turn it off, then turn it on. I tried all combinations of NSExtensionActivationRule, including TRUEPREDICATE.

PS. The same thing happens for the Action extension. I tried both the simulator and the device. All other activated extensions are displayed constantly.
