How to block an application for devices with a bandwidth of 512 MB?

Sorry for this simple question, but I can not find anything in the appmanifest or the submit form on dev.windows.com. Where can I install min Ram 1 GB for my application?

You can set ID_REQ_MEMORY_300 :

Windows Phone 8 states that an application requires more than 180 MB of memory and is not suitable for a device with lower memory.

180 MB is the most that can be used on devices with <1 GB, so it actually limits devices with 1 GB of RAM or higher.
