Is there a package management system for MinGW + MSYS?

I am trying to compile some open source libraries in MinGW + MSYS. During the configure phase, I continued to see that some third-party libraries are missing.

My current solution is to download the source of the missing libraries and the subsequent GNU build process to compile and install them in the MinGW environment.

Is there any package management system for MinGW + MSYS for quick installation of packages? Just like apt-get .

I tried mingw-get for the missing package. But he reports an error below.

mingw-get is the (closest equivalent to apt-get) package manager for MinGW and MSYS. However, it can manage packages that are really available for MinGW and / or MSYS (either because the MinGW developer created and packaged them, or a member of the MinGW user community provided them).

Arbitraryly guessing which packages might be available, and even what might be their correct package names, is unlikely to be productive. Run mingw-get in your GUI (if it is installed correctly, just starting mingw-get with no arguments should start it in this mode) to see the list of available packages; if you don’t see likely candidates for what you are looking for, then this does not exist yet. In this case, you will either have to find an alternative assembly without MinGW, or create it yourself, from the source. (If you choose the last option and your build is successful, then you can consider contributing to MinGW.org).
