Floating toolbar with text selection elements

I did research all over the Internet to no avail. My application requires a floating toolbar that appears above the selected text, because the text selection controls are not available by default in a particular case, and they also appear strange in my activity with a translucent status bar and without an action bar. I found this in the Google Design Guide (more precisely from here ), and there is no mention of how to do this.

If someone knows how to do this, or is familiar with a library capable of this, I would be very grateful.

If you are using version 22.2 of the Android Support Library, keep in mind that floating panels are not backward compatible, and appcompat controls ActionMode objects by default.

so this will only work on Android-M preview, which you can test by creating an AVD M-preview emulator.
