When searching by email in Gmail, always exclude video calls (-to: chats)

Every time I want to search by email, it is as slow as it can be, because it also looks at my party history. I receive hundreds of messages per day, and email search has become quite a challenge. Every time I need to add:

-in:chats 

to search queries. Is there any way for Gmail to stop searching in my hangouts if I don't specify it? in:chats ?

Struggling with a similar problem. Then he asked himself: the search function should be found in the search window itself.

If you click in the search box, you will see an arrow on the right, click on it and a small field will appear. "Do not include chats"
