Windows Azure and FileZilla FTP

I get this problem when trying to connect to a Windows Azure server from my Mac OSX Filezilla FTP client:

220 Microsoft FTP Service
530 User cannot log in

Error: fatal error
Error: failed to connect to server

It just started on October 29, 2013. Prior to this, I received a “critical error” from time to time, but it is always easy to update and download without haste.

I tried CyberDuck and he told me to contact the service provider, but did anyone find a solution for this?

We use Windows Azure to host our site, and I am running Mac OSX. Surely, this has always been a problem before and has not just appeared recently for this reason (Windows vs Mac) correctly ?!
